Payroll ACH

Generate ACH (direct deposit) files for your bank.

Overview

Payroll ACH generates the ACH file that Banking Users submit to the bank. It uses the data stored in ACH Report Details together with the submitted salary slips.

Generate an ACH file

1. Go to Home → USA Payroll → Payroll ACH. Payroll ACH overview
2. Click Generate ACH File. Generate ACH File

Tip: Make sure ACH Report Details is filled in and the relevant salary slips are submitted before generating the file.
