A Salary Structure Assignment links a particular salary structure to an employee. This ensures the employee's salary is calculated using the right structure and base pay.

Create an assignment

1. Go to Home → USA Payroll → Salary Structure Assignment. Salary Structure Assignment workspace
2. Click Add Salary Structure Assignment. Salary Structure Assignment list view
3. Select the employee and structure, fill in the details and click Save. New Salary Structure Assignment form

Note: An employee must have an active Salary Structure Assignment before they can be included in a Payroll Entry.
