A Salary Structure is a detailed breakdown of an employee's total compensation, showing how much goes to basic pay, allowances, bonuses and deductions. It is a prebuilt template that keeps payroll consistent and compliant with company and legal policy.

Create a salary structure

1. Go to Home → USA Payroll → Salary Structure. Salary Structure workspace
2. Click Add Salary Structure. Salary Structure list view
3. Add the earning and deduction components, fill in the details and click Save. New Salary Structure form
