Overview

The W2 Form Tool creates W2 forms in bulk for employees whose check stubs have been generated, whether the employee is currently active or inactive.

Generate W2 forms in bulk

1. Go to Home → USA Payroll → W2 Form Tools.

2. Enter the Year and click Get Employees. Enter the year and fetch employees
3. Click Generate W2 Form Records. Generate W2 Form Records
